Returns / Refunds
All sales are final. 


Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact hello@lookingforeachother.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are required to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to reject any damage/issues claims that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.


Exchanges 
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept exchanges on any opened packages. If your order is still completely sealed (product and shipping box), reach out to us at hello@lookingforeachother.com within 14 days and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Shipping Issues / Incorrect Address
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package and you opted into Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re covered. You can file a claim directly with Route here.

If you did not opt into Route and the tracking confirms delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements. We’re a small business and don’t have the ability to absorb losses from third-party shipping errors.

If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, email us at hello@lookingforeachother.com right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute it. If the package is delivered to the address originally provided, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments.
